I started training at 16. But it was always on and off, on and off, on and off. Back then I didn't even know I had ADHD.
So I got myself a coach. I had real success with him, but he wasn't specialized in ADHD. I'd climb all the way up, then burn out and crash all the way back down. Falling on my face over and over is no way to do this.
That's exactly why I do this. So you don't have to repeat my mistakes, and so a missed day or a hard week never sends you all the way back to zero.
